Porcine Serum

Serum is the yellowish, cell-free blood fluid remaining after the removal of blood cells (erythrocytes and platelets) and clotting factors. Blood serum thus corresponds to blood plasma minus the clotting factors. We produce serum for various customers for (laboratory) technical and diagnostic applications in our production facilities. We offer serum derived from cattle, pig, sheep, donor horse, chicken, and rabbit.
