Product Manager (m/f/d) /

Wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d)

Full-time (40 hrs./week) -part-time is possible.

 

The position

The close cooperation with production, customers, suppliers and quality management determines the very multifaceted daily routine of our Product Managers in a young team. 

In addition to our attractive products, we offer our customers the best possible support for the implementation of their always very individual projects. The service concept is always in the foreground and requires an intensive support of each customer.

 

Your tasks

You are responsible for the support of existing, international contracts as well as for the acquisition of new customers within your product group. You will actively support our worldwide customers and suppliers by phone, e-mail, at our booths at European trade fairs and during business meetings.

You will look after your products far beyond purchasing, storage and sales. Quality management relevant aspects, product characteristics and customer-specific requirements are just as much a part of product management as compliance with current EU directives and knowledge of the global market situation. Our employees from quality control, quality assurance and shipping work hand in hand with you.

 

Your profile

You are passionate about business, preferably with a focus on foreign trade, and have already gained professional experience in a similar position. However, we can also be convinced by committed career starters or applicants with a relevant background. You have a good command of written and spoken German and English. Another foreign language would be desirable, but is not a requirement.

In your work, you especially like dealing with people and convince with your communication skills. Your enthusiasm will enable you - with our support, of course - to quickly acquire comprehensive knowledge about our products and thus quickly become a valuable advisor and companion for your customers. You are open-minded towards new things and always well organized. We expect you to be able to work independently, be reliable and work well in a team.

Your tasks

You will independently organise the day-to-day tasks of office management. These include, among others: Switchboard and visitor management, procurement of office supplies, appointment coordination and support with trade fair and travel planning. It is important to us that our employees feel comfortable, so as an interface between the departments you will have a keen sense of the respective interests and will also be responsible for internal benefits and event planning. In cooperation with our IT partner, you are the first point of contact for our team when it comes to administrative and technical questions.

 

Your profile

You are a qualified business person and have already gained professional experience in a similar position. However, we can also be convinced by committed career starters or applicants with a relevant background.

You are a real organisational talent and have a good command of written and spoken German and English. You have routine knowledge of the current MS Office applications and are interested in technical contexts. You have a positive and winning charisma and a professional and friendly manner. You maintain an overview in stressful situations.

In your work, you particularly like dealing with people and convince with your communication skills. Thanks to your enthusiasm, you will - with our support, of course - gain comprehensive knowledge about internal processes in a timely manner.

Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk (m/f/d)

(focus on foreign trade)

During the three-year vocational training, our trainees can expect to be trained in the sales, warehouse and logistics, production and accounting departments. The respective professionals in the individual departments are always on hand to support our junior staff. Depending on previous education, it is possible to shorten the training period.

 

Your tasks

Introduction to the diverse tasks of our internationally active trading company:

  • Customer service by telephone and in person
  • Import and export activities, transport, shipping, logistics
  • Determination of the demand for goods
  • Product Management
  • Sales and purchase orders
  • Processing of payment orders
  • Reporting of statistics

           

Your profile

  • (Technical) University Entrance Qualification; at least very good or good Realschulabschluss (secondary school leaving certificate)
  • especially good German and English skills are required
  • a proficient handling of MS-Office would be desirable
  • You are communicative and bring along curiosity and willingness to learn
  • a positive charisma and team spirit round off your profile

 

Good prospects during and after your training

The position

We are EU-GMP, GDP and DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certified. The close cooperation with production, customers, suppliers and product management determines the very multifaceted daily routine of our young quality management team. Our quality assurance accompanies the cooperation of all departments and ensures an intensive monitoring of the processes.

 

Your tasks

Within your team you support the maintenance of our quality management system. You will create and monitor our QA documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The planning, execution and documentation of internal audits as well as the creation, execution and documentation of internal trainings are your responsibility as well as the ongoing supplier qualification.

 

Your profile

You have completed training in the commercial or healthcare sector and have already gained professional experience in a similar position. However, committed career starters or applicants with a relevant background can also convince us. You have a good command of written and spoken German and English. You always work in a well-structured and careful manner, act in a customer-oriented manner and think in an entrepreneurial way. In your work you particularly like dealing with people and convince with your communication skills. Your enthusiasm will enable you - with our support, of course - to gain comprehensive knowledge of our operations in a timely manner.
