Porcine Plasma

Plasma is the liquid component of blood obtained after centrifugation. We produce plasma for various customers for (laboratory) technical and diagnostic applications in our manufacturing facilities. We offer plasma from sources such as cattle, pigs, and sheep. These are available both as deep-frozen liquid plasma and as refrigerated lyophilized powder (cake) in various packaging sizes.


Appearance:                        Yellowish solution (frozen), whitish cake (lyophilizate)
Source/Origin:                    - Bovine blood
                                                - Porcine blood
                                                - Equine blood
                                                - Sheep blood
                                                 sourced in Germany / EU
Grades:                                 Based on EP/USP standards (also available sterile)

Storage conditions:           -  Liquid at -20°C;
                                                - Lyophilizate (powder/cake) at 2–8°C
