Product description

Atlantic Salmon Extract Paste is produced from pure meat and cutoffs of fresh Norwegian Salmon without fishbones and guts. The product is manufactured in a controlled enzymatic process and refined by microfiltration and evaporation to a paste form with 70% dry matter. Atlantic Salmon Extract Paste is totally soluble in water and contains a mix of water soluble proteins, peptides and free amino acids.
The extract is 100% natural with no additives.

Storage and Shelf Life

Atlantic Salmon Extract has a shelf life of 24 months when stored in cold place.

Packaging

Atlantic Salmon Extract is packed in metallic or PP (polyproylene) cans, 25 kilograms net weight. 22 cans per pallet, i.e. 550kg net weight. Or in plastic containers of 1200 kg net weight.

Application and Dosages

Atlantic Salmon Extract is in diluted form, excellent for quick and dense growth of microorganisms in industrial fermentation. It may also be as bases for blended flavours, reaction flavours and in pet food.


The production is approved by the Norwegian Food Safety Authorities according to FDA / HACCP.
