The periodical audit by DNV Zertifizierungs- und Umweltgutachter GmbH (Den Norske Veritas Germany) has been completed. There had been no complaints, no follow-up audit is necessary.

The Kraeber & Co GmbH is the assign of Kraeber GmbH & Co. All contracts and obligations are taken over and will be fulfilled by Kraeber & Co GmbH.

Due to extensive investment in our production of Erythrulose, additional capacity, improvement of the production process, as well as optimized cost control are a significant reality.

Our QMS has been audited by DNV Zertifizierung und Umweltgutachter GmbH (Det Norske Veritas Germany) in accordance with EN ISO 9001:2000.
This certification completes our GMP documentation.

We are delighted with this statement.

On December 22nd we took the enterprising step of installing a photo voltaic system manufactured by ALWITRA GmbH & Co, Trier. The installation was performed by HOLL Flachdachbau GmbH & Co, Geesthacht.

The special panels are integrated in a synthetic roofing membrane. With a performance of 44.5 kWp / 36.5 kWh it has a surface area of approx. 1500 m². The yield is clearly lower than from the known glass panels. However for these the costs would have been much higher due to static reasons of the roof.

The installation will prove profitable in spite of the initial financial requirement of € 300.000. It is calculated basing on a subsidized sales price, that we will have an interest rate of more than 4 % for our equity we investet into this project.

The veterinary office in Pinneberg issued us a new registration number according to VO (EC) 1069/2009 Animal By-Products.

We are now registered as technical asset conforming with article 18 of the regulation for animal by-products.

The number is: DE 01 056 0005 14

In addition we are also certified according to EC regulation 183/2005 (Feed Hygiene) and are registered as a food supplier in Germany under no. PI-0004483H.
